Instant Summer De-stressification for the Mind and Body.

One simple, quick-fix to too much of everything is a few dabs Aveda’s Active oil. It works magic on everyday stress and tight shoulders, and soothes tired muscles after workouts. I’ve been a die-hard Active fan for years, addicted to the instant, intense cool-heat sensation.

The wintergreen and menthol combo does wonders to relax. Aveda also carries Beautifying and Calming Composition oils that you can use on your face and body.
