They Will Rock You

Kidrockers. All-age rock shows and original getaways for kids and parents. Be a rockstar Mom and take your kid to the next show Sunday, Nov. 8h.

Sometimes getting away from it all is as close as LA, and sometimes you can even take your kids with you. Kidrockers is a whole new concept in arts and entertainment if you ask me. Top Indie bands, who’ve toured Europe, have been on Letterman and normally play for adults, put on a show for kids to inspire the next generation and bring families together. Rock on.

The Damselles and the Quazar & The Bambooozled shared the bill in Oct. at The Echo on Sunset. Next show is Nov. 8th with The Henry Clay People + at The Echo. Comedian Matt Dwyer, very funny, hosts. Twister vinyl lines the floor in classic kid style, the kids dance and get to get up on stage. This show marks the return of Kidrockers, who just just wrapped their East Coast NYC performances.

You can make a whole LA escape of the day by hitting nearby Hollywood and Highland after the show too (leaving the Orange Curtain is good). Stay tuned for free family tix to the Nov. gig on PLM.
