“My tasting nights are always a blast! I talk about the history of chocolate a little bit, introduce different kinds of chocolate, tell how they differ and I pair the tastings with different wine, liquers, cocktails. Things get a little silly! It’s great for mental health,” Diana tells me with a sly smile on her face.
Diana Phillips Chocolates are as fresh as her get-together concept. She makes her own chocolate in her professional San Clemente kitchen with organic goods she buys from local farms. And her presentation rivals art (her former life as a Creative Director at LA’s top ad shops shows).

In addition to private tastings, Diana also creates chocolates for events for as many as 2,000 guests, her chocolates are available for order online and she can make personalize collections as gifts for occasions from showers to birthdays to anniversaries—creating unique flavors and designs to match any theme.
